How do I make a return? 

It is always possible for you to return the purchased items within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Please send an email to chosenobjects@outlook.com with your order number and let us know what you would like to return. The item must be returned in the same condition as received and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where are orders shipped from? 

All orders placed on our website are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark. If an item is shipped from another location you will be notified.

I made an error/typo when placing an order. What do I do?

No worries. Send us an email at chosenobjects@outlook.com and we will update your information right away.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders over 500 DKK.
