Our items have lived a past life
All items at Chosen Objects are pre-owned and sold in the condition described. We assess and describe each item individually using the following condition grades:
- Excellent condition — Minimal or no visible use. Appears almost like new.
- Good condition — Light use. No flaws affecting function.
- Acceptable condition — Visible wear or minor flaws, as described in the product listing.
We strive to photograph and describe all items as accurately as possible, so you know exactly what you're receiving. If you have any questions about the condition of a specific item, please don't hesitate to contact us before purchasing.
Return & refund policy
It is always possible for you to return the purchased items within 14 days after you have received your parcel. Please send an email to chosenobjects@outlook.com with your order number and let us know what you would like to return.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can handle the issue
